TruVision RePlace Vegan Meal Replacement (Brownie Mix)

I love this product! Works to keep me feeling full for hours!! I would def buy it again!!

Great shake once you add lots of fruit to it to disguise the taste has lots of vitamins and the only one that is good to drink is the chocolate, vanilla was disgusting!

I had been a customer with Truvy health for sometime, now. Recently, I decided to try the replace vegan meal replacement. I first ordered the chocolate flavor and liked it. On my next order I decided to try the chocolate as well as the vanilla bean. Since I was already familiar with the chocolate I'd decided to switch up today and try the vanilla. Turns out it was awful. Right away it made me sick to my stomach. I knew right away that I would not be able to complete the box. I called customer service to see what could be done I.e exchange, discount... Something and was told there was nothing they could do about my situation. There was no satisfaction guarantee with their product when it does not work for you and that I would have to order another box of the flavor that worked for me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was given the same response, although the customer service rep was a little more understanding. I asked the supervisor if I could speak with management. I was told since he was part of management and I had already spoken to him and he had made a decision, there was nothing he could do or even give a discount in their system for a new order, I would just have to order another box if the mix that worked for me. Management above him would be the same. ...Basically, in a situation where the product is not agreeable with you, you are just crap out of luck. The risk is all the customers and your money is wasted. Too bad. This is poor customer service. I will be discontinuing my customer relationship with Truvy health today. I don't have money to throw away and will not deal with a company that does not and cannot guarantee customer satisfaction with their products. If they cannot stand behind their products, why should I? Also, I got the impression that the supervisor had been this route many times before and could care less if a customer was not happy with their product and could care less that I would not continue. Very nonchalant attitude.Ps... This was ordered directly from Truvy Health website and handled with their management. No reflection on Amazon.

This is one of my favorite mixes but I am so disappointed with how this arrived. I opened the box to pull it out to find this.the tab to open it has been unsealed and the box is destroyed, makes me wonder if this is actually new.
