Works exactly like it says. If I had to do it all over again I would try a crock pot first.

Good product
So far I love it. I bought this particular paraffin wax warmer because it had an adjustable temperature control,it looked large enough for my foot if I wanted to try that and it had the lowest amount of negative ratings. I spent a long time looking at warmers and found too many negative experiences with the other ones on Amazon. A physical therapist suggested I buy one for the arthritis in my hands. It works great and relieves the pain for a while. I turn it up to the top temperature till the wax melts, then turn the temperature down to 53. I then wait a bit and begin to dip in my finger tips at first To see hot hot it is. If it is ok I go deeper with each dip until my hand is coated then dip my entire hand in about 8 times. It’s not a cure but I’ve been able to go without my hand brace almost all of the time since I’ve been using this.

Cheap plastic from China with hilarious “user’s manual”
Contrary to advertised description, this is plastic inside and out. Mine came with scratches on interior pan but so far it holds wax, keeps good temp and is not so ugly that I can’t stand seeing it. But the User Manual? Shame on this American company for pretending this product is their own! And you can only adjust temperature in increments, not one degree (Celsius) at a time. But it works, does help relieve arthritis pain and so I’ll keep it.

Works great! But bad instructions
The product works GREAT!!! But the instructions are HORRENDOUSLY translated to English! Unfinished words, unreadable words, symbols typed instead of letters.

When it's hot it's too hot. When it's cool it hardens and can't be used.
Could not adjust temperature so product would work. Thin skinned 90+ year old Mom was disappointed. It was either too hot...or when cool enough to use....was had hardened. Gave product away to a younger person.
