This stuff is amazing! I needed to clean a fiberglass awning. It is yellow but was covered in black mold. From my 2nd floor windows I was safely able to spray the solution over my awning. It removed all the mold! My awning is yellow again. I’m going to order another bottle for upkeep. 30 seconds and it washed away. I didn’t use a brush or anything. One thing apparent the chemical will discolor clothes. I ruined my favorite black hoodie. So wear clothes you don’t care about.

I’ve used one gallon of this stuff so far and it has cleaned the mold and algae off my dad’s single-wide mobile home, his shed and carport - with very little scrubbing. Most of the algae on the mobile home came right off after letting sit for a few minutes and hosing off. The black mold and red algae on the carport, which had likely never been cleaned before, took 2 attempts for full removal and needed a light brushing, but now looks like new! I wish I had this stuff years ago when I used a different product and had to scrub, scrub, scrub the house, which took me 2 full days to do. This time around, I finished the whole house in a few hours and barely broke a sweat.The stains on the skirting are more stubborn, but I’ve already got a second bottle so I’m not worried about it. This stuff is a time saver and a game changer!

I live in a hoa and thought if I sprayed this I could save time with pressure washing. It didn’t do any help and I wasted all of it at a hefty price. Terrible !!!

Great to clean your house

Many reviews stating I sprayed and everything just vanished. NO!!! I used an entire bottle on a small section of pavers. It did kill all the moss but it was not easily removed. I used a bottle of RMR next much more of the moss vanished but still needed to scrape and dig it out. Eventually got it clean but it certainly didn't disappear in 30 minutes. The sprayer...is awesome, works great.

I wanted to get rid of the green mold that grows on my wood deck, but I am remarkably lazy and did not want to scrub. This stuff claims to do the trick. Just spray it on, let it sit for five minutes, and spray it off.I just tried it today, and it really does work! I sprayed it and while I was waiting the five minutes, I could already see the green crap lifting off. The great thing is you just spray it off with a garden hose - no pressure washer required. My deck looks so much better. I’m impressed!

CLEANING SOLUTION: so far hands down wonderful product. It cleans like it says! Not that it smells like really strong bleach (so imagine me complaining under my breath while I clean that I hope I didn’t just pay an astronomical amount for bleach) but it does get the job done. My bathrooms have been a problem spot for me so after I cleaned the outside of the house and porch I used some of the spray (1 cup in a 2 gallon sprayer) and used it to clean showers, sinks, toilets, floor around the toilet, etc. it really killed that funky urine odor that grandkids can cause when you can’t figure out where the odor is coming from. My natural enzyme cleaners weren’t cutting it but this zapped it… done, gone. Now back to my enzymes until there is a lingering odor againSPRAYER CONTAINER: the darn wand tubing keeps coming unscrewed from the bottle. This particular spray bottle is a little harder to work with then the other 2 I own from different manufacturers. They need to fix the easily loosening screw on portion in the design somehow. Other than that it was a good purchase and a useful product.
