Great product, I ordered just to make my own baking powder. Great price for the size, my air fryer cookies and perfect, thanks to this and the 365 pastry flour. I’m using arrowroot powder, and the 365 baking soda, to create the baking powder. With just a tsp, I get the cookies to raise beautifully. I also use maple syrup, avocado oil, and a blend of seeds with chia, instead of an egg. The baking ability is good .

I did buy the smaller size of this and next time I'll buy it in the larger size, as it's less than half the price per ounce in the larger size. Everyone thinks that Cream of Tartar is all the same, but it's not. I've been using this in my Egg White Powder KETO bread and buns. This, along with allulose adds a nice flavor, besides stability to the bread. Some Cream of Tartars don't taste too well. The larger amount you have to use, the more detectible the taste is. This adds a smoother, somewhat sweeter taste. I really don't know how to describe it, other than it taste better than some others I've tried. I'm happy with it. I continue to try different brands of all my cooking ingredients, until I find what I like, at the right prices. I like this and the price is reasonable.Here's a tip: Cream of Tartar is powdered tartaric acid, a byproduct of wine production. It virtually "Last Forever", as long as it's properly stored and kept dry. If there are visible signs of "Moisture", or it appears to have drip marks inside the package or jar (or small clumps), discard immediately.I recommend this product. Thank you for reading my review.

I add this to my adrenal cocktails and it has been wonderful. Lasts longer than the smaller ones I’ve bought and it is flavorless. Nice addition of nutrients and grateful for the bigger size. Great price for organic
