Hartz Powdered Kitten Milk Replacer Formula - 11Oz

I bought a lot of these after finding 4 kittens next to my back door. The mom never came back, so I took on the task of feeding them from what I estimate was 4-6 days old, but I could have been over optimistic in hind sight (maybe only a couple days old). The biggest thing is, will they drink it? Had no problem with that, they adapted pretty quickly and seemed to be fine with the taste making it a very effective substitute. The overall quality seemed to be fine, mixed well after I found the right way of doing it. I highly recommend buying a push rotary whisk, this makes everything mix well without any clumps. This seems to be one of the larger size packages, which is helpful since you'll go through a ton of this stuff with a litter of small critters. The cost is one of the main benefits of this product; it seemed to be the best value by volume. The kittens I took in did get a bit plugged up from the formula, so I added a few drops of olive oil to each batch which helped with the problem. Keep an eye out to be sure they are responding in a healthy way. Otherwise, this product was a lifesaver for the 4 kittens and the overnight delivery is probably the only reason they survived (all 4 have found new homes). Highly recommended!

This milk is as close as to a mother cat milk, my 3 babies who's young mother refused to breast feeding started doing this milk 2 days ago, they were in the verge to died, but now they're running, playing with each other, running after us in the house. For 3 tiny kitten I mix 2 tablespoons of powder with 4 tablespoons of water, and mix it very well

Baby kitten got stepped on accidentally. We thought she would die. Mama would no longer let her nurse. So I gave her this from a bottle, then a syringe. She lived. After a while her mama started nursing her again but I still supplemented with this. Much cheaper than what is available locally to me in farm stores or Walmart.

This was easy to mix up. The kitten’s health improved quickly. Also, I put a dewormer in this and left it out for a stray mama cat with nursing kittens, about 6 to 8 weeks old. She loved it but the kittens had mama to rely on so they weren’t interested in it at all. I put their dewormer in wet cat food; that certainly got their attention.

I found an abandoned kitten in the parking lot who barely had his eyes open, and I found this to be a good choice based on description and reviews. I followed all the instructions correctly with no issues, and now my little baby is a grown cat! He is incredibly healthy and active at 1.5 years old. So grateful to this product for still having him in my life and seeing him grow so big.
