Purchased these to take on holiday. Not a good as I thought they would be.Awkward to fill completely as the water comes out when putting the valve/stopper in, so barbell bags look a bit deflated do not look as full with water as illustration. Each completed dumbell when filled is 4kg only. Good idea, but a bit of a let down for me.

I was dubious having read other reviews but now wish I’d also ordered the double weight version as well for lower body, which I plan on getting for my next holiday.These are decent for strength training while travelling. They’re a bit fiddly to fill but once they’re done they do the job.

Had my doubts, but thought I would give these a go anyway. Work really well, don't leak, and weigh next to nothing in your hand luggage.Quick tip: if you use warm (not hot) water to fill them, they expand better, and more of the creases disappear.
