This insert was recommended by my foot doctor. I couldn’t believe the price was so reasonable.. the product did not disappoint. I used the option of putting it in the oven and inserting in my shoe. Great fit. Good support for my arches. I will order a thinner one for some other shoes.

These insoles have been invaluable with treating plantar fasciitis symptoms where other insoles failed. However, their price makes them hard to justify buying more than one pair because they’re almost as expensive as a pair of shoes themselves. They are easy to remove and transfer to another pair of shoes, which helps.

My feet hurt if I do not wear these daily.

I am addicted to these inserts! I mainly wear athletic shoes daily and these foot beds are the best for good arch support. My collection is up to 10 pair of Sole inserts for my walking shoes.

These are the best over the counter shoe support insets. They support the whole foot especially the arch.Good buy….I have used them for years.

I give this 1 star for comfort because they’re hard as hell! If you need support for arches, these are good. My arches didn’t appreciate the hardness, and my feet still hurt. I was looking for soft and gel like relief from hard floor walking all day.
