Knife hinge washers
I typically purchase inexpensive knife hinges, when a project doesn’t call for Brusso, however, inexpensive knife hinges don’t come with a washer separating the two halves; these washers are perfect!

Soft Plastic Washers
They're plastic washers. Not quite as large as I anticipated they would be but they're round pieces of soft plastic with a hole in the middle.

The washers were as described.
The washers were as described. I used them, with wood screws, to hold down delicate anti slip fabric on a bench. The fabric stays in place holding the seat cushion (resting on the fabric) in place on the bench.
