The bottle sprays in a nice, even layer with good coverage. The spray has a light and pleasant scent, and it does provide you with that salty hair feel. The texture it adds is felt instantly. I'll have to mess around with it a bit more to see how I can use it with my hair, but it does what it says it does.

I’ve purchased this spray multiple times, and it never disappoints. The salt-based formula adds the perfect amount of volume and texture without leaving the hair greasy or stiff. It works equally well for both casual and styled looks, giving hair a light hold and natural finish.The scent is clean and subtle, and the bottle lasts quite a while with regular use. I’ve tested other sea salt sprays before, but Pete & Pedro SALT consistently delivers better results.

When first using, I planned to make a negative review.. Even as my hair was still wet but towel dried, I wasn’t happy with the texture of my hair. The shampoo and conditioner feel like snot, and the smell, in case you’re interested, is exactly the same as the smell of a tin of altoid treatments. Once my hair dried, though, it had volume like it has t had in years and had a great texture.The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the price. A travel-sized think of shampoo is 4 oz., and that’s the most of a gel or liquid you can take on a flight. These are only twice the weight of those, and if you buy the hair spray, shampoo, and conditioner, you’re back $55. They can do better on the price for sure.

It really works especially on real short hair! It gives it fullness….if you want to you can get that spiked look! So fun!

Even though I'm elderly and live in the land locked, low humidity mountains of Colorado, this Pete + Pedro sea salt spray gives me the full volume surf swept hair I had in my youth on the beaches of New Zealand. Creates a super cool thick and shaggy look with barely any effort.Apply to slightly damp hair, scrunch it in with your hands and then just let it dry naturally.Unlike some sea salt spray products I've tried, this particular brand does not seem to get sticky once it's dried, nor have any distinct smell. Two things I really appreciate. I can also run my hands through my hair and adjust it as necessary as it stays soft and manageable throughout the day. It also easily rinses out clean in the shower with just water.All day effortlessly good hair, and people tell me so!

The scent out of spray is not what I would prefer. Compared to other products I've used (European, not available in the US), I'd describe this scent as artificial and cheap. But that's my particular opinion. On the other hand, the hold is exactly what I like from salt spays: the shape stays and if I disturb the look during the day, it's easy to use my hand to get it back into a good look. I have fine, thinning hair and salt sprays give me a light hold, thickens the appearance, and allows for a natural shaping. No sticky hold or shine

My son loves this salt spray for his hair! The style the boys have now with the longer cut and tousled on top this spray helps get that look and we have the hair paste to use both together. Stays in all day and even through basketball and soccer practice. Washes out and no residue left behind.

We’ve been on a reoccurring order for this product for two years. Originally tried this from a Bespoke monthly subscription box for husband and our son loved it so much he confiscated it - so we continued ordering through Amazon. It’s the only thing my teenage son will use. He absolutely loves this stuff for that messy teen hair style all the kids have that’s doesn’t leave a sticky residue. Super effective, lasts throughout the day, great hold, sprays nicely!
