First impressions good to excellent product. The packaging was rubbish it had a long way to travel from Germany. First came damaged and the 2nd came without parts. I had to improvised with the holders as the post were useless and the frame bended if used. I purchased the 200x500 however I cannot see myself going over 4m (400) as pulling the blind felt like it was going to break I need 370cm. The blind it's self is good quality and firm.Installation was easy took about 15min to do each. Do please consider additional 3rd party parts to hold the blind opened. I used folding coat hangers/Clips which was far more reliable and much better looking.AddedAlmost 1 year later still good and been through the winter, rain and cold. No rips or teara, the springs retracting the blind is getting a little worn may last another year. Let's see. Over all I would still buy another blind if needed hopping it will last another year.

The pergola had to be returned as it was not free standing as the images would suggest it was , therefore wasn’t suitable for the purpose it was bought for, However Jovana and the company have been absolutely brilliant and very prompt in their replies and solutions. I have no images as the item is still in the box. I would recommend.

The media could not be loaded. 3dents in the casing. Item not boxed well enough for how soft the metal is on the casingOther then that works as expected. but for money you expect the packing to protect it in shipping
