Fantastic for movement and circulation
I absolutely love using this daily and highly recommend it. It effortlessly keeps my feet, legs, and circulation moving while I sit to enjoy tv, work, play games or just want to be lazy. I don’t have knee problems but appreciate that it’s gentle on them. It has various settings and speeds, including forward and backward pedaling. I like laying back in my comfy chair and fully extending my legs, with feet or just heels on the pedals while using it. It’s a favorite and helpful gadget for a great price.

Feels AMAZING; Many Benefits
What a pleasure. I'd had this elliptical delivered to my job. Upon unpacking, I'd offered to my 80+ year old coworker to try it, since she says someone is getting her one. She'd begun, before I'd plugged it in; which is okay to use, that way. She also likes it, when plugged in.After getting it home, I'd figured on trying it, while paying bills online, because I know I can become so distracted that I'll stop pedalling, and not realize it. This device feels SO good that (for the full 30 minutes), I did not break, to pick up my tablet and pay bills. In fact, my only reason for moving was to turn around and grab my phone, to go online -for a foot reflexology chart- to find out if the inner souls of both feet are the areas that are supposed to stimulate the ...um ...you know; because, as the pedals move, the inner side of the pedals rub against my inner souls, and I'd begun feeling TOO 👀 good. As much of a "mythical" gentleman as I am, I "ain't gonna" complain about THAT. 😄Because my feet point in an abnormal (but semi-common) outward angle, I imagine my feet may fall on this device's wide foot pedals differently from the typical user's foot placement. Using this, my knees don't even get uncomfortably closer; which is usually the case, when I straighten my feet. While the pedals move, my other strike points are my big toes, the two smallest toes, the balls of my feet, and the heels. It really feels as though I'm walking. I imaging, those with forward facing feet may experience slight differences. Also, I'm certain results will vary, when placed closer or further from the body.Note: Though my ten year bedroom shoes have the same pressure nubs as these pedals, I still feel them. That's a plus.At 52 years of age (and still feeling like in my early twenties), after a broken ankle surgery (2016) AND a corrective Tibia/Fibula surgery (2018, BUT originally broken 30+ years ago) with many pins and an inner/full Tibial length nail (My X-Rays make people's eyes POP, because I look "bionic"), my expectations are exceeded; this machine feels BEAUTIFUL. Reflexology-wise, most of my body may have discovered a new "best friend". I'm happy. ❤

A NICE LOW-IMPACT WORKOUT
When I bought this I didn’t realize that motorized meant it moves independently. I just wanted to share this with others so they don’t have the same confusion. I thought you moved it with your own feet, but it’s electric and has many different modes and speeds. I like it though, it’s the perfect size it fits great under the desk in my room. I work on my laptop a lot and noticed lately that I’ve been having health issues from being too sedentary, so I got this to help. It’s a nice low-impact workout, I can use it without getting too tired or worn out. The fact that it moves on its own keeps my legs moving and helps with circulation but it’s not strenuous. The remote is nice, I like that I can change the settings with it instead of having to bend down to press the button on the machine. This elliptical will help a lot with my leg circulation issues.

It's a gd machine
I bought this for my 82 yr old mother. Hoping that it would help when her restless leg starts kicking in. She would be in tears!! Sadly enough, this did not help her restless leg syndrome. But it is gd for moving her legs. It's got all kinds of settings. Forward, backward, fast slow, manually and automatically. It cost 180$ so it's kind of pricey. I was willing to pay that amount if it helped her restless leg. When her restless leg started acting up she woukd move her foot all over the place. She woukd get up and walk around the house using her walker. As long as her leg was moving it wasn't as bad as just sitting still. But this machine did not help her leg. At all. I'm sending it back. And it's a little confusing when trying to set a cycle for it to just go forward. I never figured out how to just get one setting going. The main reason I'm sending it back is that it did not help her restless leg.
