Copper Chef 12 Cup Muffin Pan

I am slowly replacing many of my kitchen items that are NOT made of this copper stuff...with things that are. My old "nonstick" muffin pan required way too much scrubbing. I decided I'd scrubbed it for the last time and ordered a copper muffin pan. I have used it many times and have never had to scrub it. Wonderful stuff. I've had mine for a while, but I have just ordered this one as a gift for my mom so she can stop using those paper muffin cup liners. She won't need them anymore.

We have numerous Copper Chef products, and love them all. Totally non stick. Easy to clean. So when my wife needed a second muffin pan, it was a no-brainer to get another Copper Chef.

If you're looking for the slick, smooth, shiny non-stick surface like Gotham Steel and similar pans have (ceramic plus titanium shiny coating), look elsewhere, because this ain't it. In fact, many things stick to the surface of these pans. It is rough to the touch, very cheap, like it is sprayed on. I am not satisfied, you won't be either.

This is a great utensil. It is very sturdy. My cornbread muffins came out nicely browned all over and were cooked evenly throughout. I lightly sprayed with Pam, didn't use a liner & the muffins literally fell out. The pan was so clean you couldn't tell it had been used.

I just got this muffin pan, and I LOVE it! I used the advice of using 1/2 tsp. of oil before pouring my muffins in to bake, and after cooling for five minutes in the pan, I just tipped the tin over and every muffin came right out! My old silver one I could never get all the crud from the bottom crease out, and these came perfectly clean after one wash by hand, and I hardly had to scrub at all! So impressed with the copper pans!

Washes up so easily. I've had this cupcake pan for about a year and it's still in great shape. I use it a lot, too!

I made a recipe call "zuchinni bites" which was usually ruined by sticking, no matter what I used.This muffin tin is actually non stick and works great!
