adidasWomen's Climacool Ballerina Golf Shoe

I am a new golfer and picked up a couple different styles of golf shoes to try. I ordered these in the blue color (best price for my size!). At first, I thought there was no way my foot was going to fit in the shoe... I wear a 10 and they looked more like an 8! And, this particular shoe is a slip-on with nonfunctional laces, so the opening appears to be smaller. But, they did fit, and they were actually quite comfortable. They feel like you're wearing a slipper! The soles have nice spikes on them, but as some of the other reviewers noted, they are VERY narrow on the sole. Since I was trying four different pair of shoes at once, this became really noticeable as compared to the others. I was feeling much more unsteady in these than in the others with more of a sneaker-like bottom. The side-by-side picture helps to show the difference. Both are Adidas. Both are Climacool material. The one with the gray sole is this particular shoe. The other is The women's Adistar ClimaCool Golf Shoe (in the mint / gray / magenta combination). You can see that the sole of the other shoe (with the pink on the sole) is a good 1/2 inch wider in the arch area. I actually preferred the blue to the mint / gray, but this made a world of difference in terms of how stable I felt. If you have a wider foot, I would suggest trying the Adistar golf shoe instead. It has a similar slip-on entry, but has working laces, and this sturdier sole.The material is SO NICE. I have a pair of sneakers with the climacool material and they're so delightful. I don't wear socks with them, and the breeze just blows right through. My feet get hot quickly, and I can't stand it. So, these would have been really nice if not for the stability issue.The other thing that bothered me a bit about these shoes was the way they looked from my perspective (looking down at my feet). Because the laces are nonfunctional and they have the slip-on elastic-like material around the ankle, it created a really weird look and seemed to cut me off at the feet. They reminded me of a water shoe! This was merely a matter of personal preference, but I figured it was worth noting.Honestly, if this had been the only pair of shoes I tried, I probably would have kept them. They just weren't the best of the bunch. :)

I typically wear an 8 so that's what I went with. It depends on the shoe though. I was going to order an 8.5 but was out of stock. Which probably would have been slightly too big. Very true to size so you can go up a size and should be fine. It's just my foot is so narrow so I didn't want to chance it slipping off my heels. A very cute shoe and super comfortable....Also, I'm flat-footed so the minimal arch support works for me. Love the blue color!!

I am a standard women's 7.5. I ordered these shoes for a golf outing I was attending. I received the shoes the next day-which was a plus. However, I didn't have time to wear the shoes beforehand so I took the bullet and wore them for 18 rounds of golf. (I don't golf and this was my first time golfing) My feet were very happy at the end of the day, they didn't hurt and I could have worn them all evening. Very comfortable, my feet felt secure in the shoes( seeing the laces are elastic) the fit was snug and the material was light and breathable. There is an insole in the shoe that provided additional support. I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Fantastic golf shoe, as comfy as house slippers on the golf course. I have rheumatoid arthritis and as such my feet and ankles sometimes swell and can be very painful. I can wear these shoes on my best days and my very worst days. The are light, comfortable, airy and return to their original shape after wearing. They do not have removable spikes but they do have a field of small nubs that will help hold your stance but let you fully execute your swing. They fit true to size, even with my RA issues. I am thrilled and immediately ordered them in another color. Well worth the price.

Great shoes for my job on my feet 8-12 hour shifts. I only wear them indoors for work and they are great. It's like wearing socks that are shoes. Wearing them outside is fine but they are small form fitting and would probably get funky pretty quickly outside. So that's my thoughts. Get lots of compliments too about how cool and nice they look. Who doesn't love sky blue? Love em.

I was looking for a lightweight golf shoe to wear on those hot and dry summer days. This shoe fits those criteria. Not the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn but it does the trick. One way to improve this shoe is to add a little more cushion in the sole. If you are looking for a shoe with a lot of support this is not the shoe for you.

Super cute and comfortable. I bought them for golf shoes, but wear them all of the time.

very nice shoes that are cool comfortable. The only drawback as golf shoes is that it doesn't provide as much stability as traditional golf shoes do during your swing. However, on balance for comfort I am still very happy with this purchase.

Nice light weight shoe

Schuhen fallen mindestens 1 - 1,5 Nummer kleiner. Ansonsten schöner weicher Schuh. Farblich ein Hingucker und sicherlich nicht nur auf dem Platz.
