We bought the 11ft double barn door hardware kit. It worked ok at first but the drywall anchors have given way causing the track to sag. I’ve had to remove the doors until I can get replacement anchors. Can the seller reach out so I can get the right ones.

Great hardware tho the instructions aren't real clear for first time installation. The two star is for missing bolts and we cannot find how to contact seller to have them send. Looks incomplete without decorative bolt!Contacted seller and they sent the missing parts. It looks great!!

I used these with barn door kits I bought on Amazon. It turned out beautifully to cover an 80” opening for a laundry area.

Used for a sliding door in a machine shed, didn't want garage door hardware sticking out into the storage area, pretty easy to install, hardware seems sturdy, another door on the outside sliding past the door , the rainbow is real

We need 2 barn door tracks for our basement, previously we ordered both sets from Home depot. One of the set(120 inches track) came without any hardware so we need to return it and the other set for 144 inch track won't line up with 16inches stud. So I did research and found this track on amazon... We did customized our barn door so the door was thicker than standard 1inch door thickness. I contacted Zekoo's customer support to requested the hardware that can accommodate our thicker door and they just wonderful. The barn door came very fast and all the hardware are there and it was so easy to install, all the holes are line up with 16 inches stud. It was so easy and took us less than one hour to finish it!!! I would recommend this company !!!!!

Great hardware kit!

Excellent communication with the seller - I had barn doors that were less than their recommended thickness. I requested some different hardware to accommodate. The seller responded promptly and sent along appropriate customized hardware for my application, along with tracking numbers for shipment. Couldn't ask for better. Quality & finish of the product is good. Product came with clear instructions, which is often a gap with other sellers. Would work with these folks again anytime.

The bolts for the steel hanger are either too long or the Acorn nuts are too shallow.  (Or could be they were too painted inside hampering the threads. And if I tighten these together to try and make a firm fit, the end threads of the bolts physically strip off inside the acorn nut rendering them useless.We made it work with large stainless steel washers as spacers. (See picture: 2 per screw)Another item we needed to add was bumpers to stop the doors from sliding straight across- we wanted them to stop in the middle, just touching. (See picture)The end results looks nice. ( see picture ) Anothrt issue is the in older homes the walls are not 100% flat and since the bar is so thick and unbendable, when you force everything to fit tight/snug to the wall, there is always a counter-force trying to bring the bar straight. I’m not a professional carpenter, but I believe the instructions should warn that the two end bolts should secure into beams, not anchored into drywall. One end (anchored) of ours popped in the middle of the night (BONG!) but we left it, sitting about 1/8” away from the wall. It’s holding.Manufacturer sent me a full refund. Thank you. And they were very responsive and willing to help albeit difficult between China and Canada.

The railing was easy to install, overall. However, if you are planning to screw it in the drywall, I highly recommend you get the Toggler 1/4-in Snaptoggle® Anchors from any hardware store. You might also have to get appropriate screws and washers so keep that as a backup in case the ones provided in the package don't work out for your wall. Once we hung the barndoor, the railing feels sturdy, and the door slides smoothly and super quiet. Great deal!

Could not be any happier with this purchase. The product is exactly as described and what I was looking for. Easy installation (with proper tools of course). Very sturdy and quiet. They sent different sized bolts for different sized doors (simply ask seller with purchase at no extra cost). Came in quick and looks beautiful. Customer service was also fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

My friends husband installed this for me and found it easy to work with. There were already predrilled holes which you would think all would come with but I had to return a different track to a big name hardware store because they did not. This was so much more cost effective and looks great! Will be buying more as I love the look

The installer should be aware that when using two tracks the hangers must be placed a proper distance from the edge of the door otherwise the hanger hits the doorstop which hits the junction plate and your doors may not close. This fact should have been mentioned in the instructions. See second picture. Notice the hangers had to be moved to allow the door to close
