This stuff works well , please make a new version, this one tastes bad. It has milk and the bottle doesn't state whether or not to refrigerate so Ive been letting it sit out , I havent died yet so I think it doesn't need to be in a fridge. Who knows

Awful taste. The dropper was clogged when it arrived, so I took it apart and unplugged it. The picture is of after I unplugged it and used it. It constantly gets plugged.As for the effectiveness..I honestly don't know. I use it before bed and there is no difference for my sleep. I also use it as needed during the day, and still not "feeling" any different after a couple of weeks of use of the tincture.

but it is best to drink this with fresh juice or mixed in a smoothie. having a few drops with water takes getting used to . it has a strong taste.as a result i do find it effective on my mood.

Since a 1/2 dropper is only needed, you can drop it in your mouth or dilute it. I'm not sure if this works. I'm not so sure my anxiety is lessened with this, so I can't honestly say if this is working for me or not. Just not sure if this elevates my mood. Maybe if I take it longer, I'll be able to tell. I would like to know more about the product and how it's made.

I have been active in the supplement market for many years. I always try to narrow down to the top three to five most important supplements. After reading countless great articles on the benefits of ashwagandha, I gave this product a try. The only reason for not giving five stars is product was clumped up upon receiving. I had to run dropper under hot water and use a needle to unplug. After initial prepping product works great and would by again.

A friend of mine who is really into fitness and health recommended this to me. I’ve been taking it for almost a week and I feel a definite improvement in my sleep. I mix the instructed amount with a little bit of water…. Hardly any taste to the product and no aftertaste. I would recommend to others looking for and ashwagandha supplement.

I have mixed feelings about this supplement. On one side it does really work great to help you feel a little bit more relaxed and calm down. The other end is when you don't want to take it, if you're not going to take it on a regular basis, your body does go through a minor to quick withdrawl which leaves you feeling very anxious, nervous, and jittery. I didn't like that part and for that reason I stopped taking it because I did not want to have to take it every day.

It does what it supposed to, it's great diet supplement and great value for money, but I really hate the taste.

Ashwagandra is a great herbI feel it was well absorbed into the system unlike tablet formI found the tincture much more convenient

using this to help immune system, easy to take
