The 6 blade impeller will jam so I used the 3 blade impeller. However, the impeller is entirely made in plastic, so after 2 months of usage it is now cracked right across the middle and no longer "grabs" onto the rotor, therefore it doesn't really turn to dispense food anymore. Good thing I caught it before my dog really starved for days. I need to contact the manufacturer to see how I can get a new impeller. Not sure where else I can get them.

This dog feeder is great! I love that I can program it to feed my dog at a specific time so if I run late from work her can have his dinner and not wait on me.

This would not work when used with the required batteries so you would have no other choice but to use the powered adapter and place it somewhere near an outlet. Did not seem like good quality machine as we have had in the past. Returned it and yet my amazon account still says waiting on the item for the return. Ordered this in July 2018, returned in July 2018 and waiting on the refund and it is currently December 2018.

Unless you have teeny tiny dog food, this feeder WILL jam. I put "small bites" kibble in it using the six blade impeller which is supposed to accept 0.8 - 1.5cm diameter food and it jammed so I switched to the three blade impeller which is supposed to be suitable for 1.5 - 2.0cm food and it still jammed. I'm glad I tested it prior to needing it.

We got two of these and one works pretty good but the other one stopped working after about a week... it doesn’t even try to disperse food and it is set up just like the one that works... very disappointing

Mine broke after only using it a few weeks and the company offers no support or replacements.
