Excellent Pencil Sharpener That Should Cover Anyone's Needs
Excellent sharpener for an adult coloring enthusiast. I can't claim to be an expert on pencil sharpeners, though I would love to meet someone who can claim that distinction, but this sharpener is much better than cheaper ones I've bought on Amazon. It also has a cool design that seems pointlessly ergonomic, but I'm sure some Engineering grad student who is still ABD can proudly claim this design on his CV. This really is a great sharpener with two holes that cover the spectrum of pencil sizes, though I should probably qualify that statement with an acknowledgement of my lack of expertise to have made that statement. I can say with full certainty that it is still sharp after more use than I'm willing to admit in public or at a dinner party.

Excellent sharpener when used properly. Sticky label unpleasant.
I'm particular about pencil sharpening, as pencils are my favorite writing tool. Once I learned to firmly press the pencil into the sharpener I obtained a perfect point. I had avoided pressing the pencil in because past experience told me this would break the point - not so with this sharpener.So I ordered two more so I can have them all around the house. But the last ones arrived with a sticky label on them that doesn't come off without extra steps. That's why I give the product only 4 stars instead of 5.

Dull blade, which makes it seem like the sharpener is chewing on the pencil
This sharpener came with what seems to be a dull blade. Rather than sharpening my Faber Castell graphite pencils, it feels like it roughly chews the pencil with each turn, an issue which I've never had with a manual sharpener before. Because of that poor quality sharpening blade, I can't get a pointy tip with my Faber Castell graphite pencils for detailed drawing. For about three weeks, I just let this issue go and drew with mostly dull or broken tips because this sharpener couldn't work, but now I got a refund and will look for a better sharpener. Unlike my Faber Castell graphite pencils that were made in Germany, this green, double hole sharpener is made in China as the sticker attached to it states. If you are looking to get a good sharpener that doesn't waste your time, which could be better spent actually drawing, look for a better sharpener to save yourself the frustration. You shouldn't have to sacrifice the quality and speed of your drawings because of a bad sharpener!
