i know the crystal eos have some bad reviews, but i decided to give it a try anyway. i love eos and have about 20 of them or more in all. i wish i had more to try out, always on the lookout for ones i dont have so i can tell others about them. honestly i love the crystal eos, it came in perfect condition, it smells amazing, it has a perfectly light melon flavor and it has a silky smooth texture. ive used it multiple times today because im hooked lol, and it has stood up to the test it hasn't broken, melted, or dried my lips out. i love the crystal eos, and all the others, ill be back to get all the other crystal eos so i can have my collection of those as well.

I've owned a lot of EOS products, including lip balms, shaving creams, and lotions. The EOS Vanilla Orchid Crystal Lip Balm was by far my favorite lip balm I have used. It has a crystal clear coating and smells amazing! If you apply enough, it will keep your lips moisturized for a long time. The flavor has a tendency to go away after a while and I would say is fairly gentle, but is very nourishing, especially when you have chapped lips. The best part is that this product will last a long time, even if you apply it every day-so it's definitely reasonably priced. I also have to say that I love the exterior. It is a warm ivory that glows underneath the light. I am very satisfied with this product and couldn't ask for a better lip balm!

Really bad first impression. I regret this purchase. I opened the package and it was greasy, which made me worry it had been opened before.I was surprised it was clear; form the photo it looked like it would be a shimmery gold champagne color.When i tried it on, it felt stiff like a tough gel like a toy. What little product rubbed off on my lips didn't feel like it absorbed into my skin, it sat on top and didn't soften or hydrate at all.Luckily when i rub my lips together, it's not sticky or or a bad texture, it just doesn't do it's job.THEN I tried to put more on and the whole contents mound came off the base. So, now I don't even trust it .

Sadly this item arrived broken. When I took it out its packaging, it was very oily on the outside. After cleaning it up I was finally able to open it and to my disappointment the lip jelly had broken off its base. When trying to squeeze it back on to the base so I can still use it, it broke into two pieces. It's a lovely lip balm on it's own and I would recommend it if it didn't fall to pieces when some pressure is put on. This seems to be a common issue from what I have read in other reviews.

Really small size so that makes it easy to carry around in a pocket. The shape of its package is pretty cool. Really like the fact that it’s vegan and paraben free. It is clear which makes it look and feel better. Also liked its taste and overall feel. However, the down side is that it’s hard to open and close since there is no grip and that makes it slip out of one’s hand. Overall, it’s an interesting one-time try product. You need develop a feel for it first before you decide that it’s your cup of tea or not.

Listen.. I saw some of the negative reviews and have to admit that I was hesitant to buy them, but my boyfriend reallly wanted to try it. There has got to be some kind of top layer coating that makes it feel less creamy, even sticky initially (thus, the reviews about it not moisturizing)... maybe to retain shape in varying temperatures, I don't know. But my boyfriend’s lips were so chapped that one use got right to the creamier part... no joke, best balm in their line. It stays longer, feels lighter, isn't as sticky and slippery, and definitely moisturizes. Get it. Just maybe wipe the top layer off with a napkin or something.. then enjoy. :)

The product itself is a clear gel. When applied, it does not feel silky or smooth like other EOS balms. After several minutes it feels as though you never applied it.Additionally, the little pyramid orb package is far interior to the Eggs of other EOS products. The triangular shape can't seem to hold the top fitting properly, and the screw insert comes off on the bottom of the packaging, making the whole thing awkward to use because you kind of have to snap the little top back on to get it covered again. You can avoid this to an extend by holding your fingers "just so" over the flatish sides of the pyramid, but do you really want to have to THINK about how you hold your lip balm to unscrew it? Major fail.

I just got my lip balm today from Eos and I love it ! First impression: I love the crystal clear look and although it was a little hard to twist it open but I am attributing it to being new. The smell is really nice, smells sweet and kinda summery without being overpowering. The feel is amazing, just as it is described, is soft and lightweight. Unlike the other comments or photos that I reviewed before buying it, I had no issues with it coming off the “holder”. Maybe it was a bad batch the one they got but mine was perfect 😊
