Have anyone experience dry lips with this item?

You definitely need to use a lip scrub before using it if you get dry skin on your lips but I find it to be the least drying lip tint I've tried so far. That said, ALL liquid lipsticks and lip tints dry out your lips. I usually put this on under a top coat of gloss or chapstick.
