It's so easy to use.
I have been using the mops for several years that you have to step up and down on the pedal to spin out the mop and then pick up the mop bucket to empty. We have a new puppy so I knew there was going to be lots of mopping involved, so I started looking for a better option. I found it with this mop, all I have to do it push the mop-up and down and it spins almost dry. It also has a drain hole so no more picking up the bucket to empty it. And then the bucket compresses in for compact storage. No bulky mop bucket to hide. It gets in all the corners and doesn't leave a wet floor and the big plus is no more breaking pedals. It also came with an extra mop head. I am well pleased with my mop.

That it is very hard to use
I do not like as it is nothing like the hurricane mop. It’s hard to spin with out getting water all over. I tried to cancel it the same day I ordered it and they sent it anyway. I will not be able to use it as it’s not easy to use

Not what I ordered!
Looks nothing like the item I ordered. There’s no area to rinse the mop. It looks like a cheap generic mop. So disappointed
