Been taking this awhile now, I like it it helps me have energy throughout the day, I will warn you though if you take it you might end up releasing it through your urine, it might smell, but the smell does go away dilute with more water, its just your body getting rid of the part of the vitamin it didn't need.

Convenient bottle and easy to take out the vitamins. Only issue is that the order arrived slightly late and that the vitamins are a little bit hard to swallow since they’re not gel. But, they are good for boosting energy

Great supplement to take! Gives energy throughout the day. Taste is horrible and smell is the same but does help with energy levels. Value for money is good also.
