Grinning like a loon at work, and it turns out they're built to last too (including clothes washes!)
This is the first time I have purchased in-ear headphones in this sort of price range, having typically spent around the £40 mark. I am someone who enjoys a wide variety of music, from bass heavy stuff (DnB, Reggae, Dub, Techno) right across through Hip Hop, Grime, Disco, Funk and Soul, Classic/Psychedelic Rock, Classical... you get the picture. The first time I put these on I was at work, and I decided to just try the earbuds that were supplied that most closely matched what I'd used before. The first few tracks I put on had me grinning from ear to ear - the sound clarity on these is phenomenal, picking out details I had only heard on very high end speaker systems. At higher volumes, the bass weight is incredible for the size of these things - it took me straight back to hearing some of those tracks out clubbing on big sound systems. Big thumbs up from me.It turns out, the ear buds I chose were my closest fit of the set. I tried a few others, but none fit as well as the first ones I tried. However, I still had issues with them occasionally slipping out. I found that using the form-able ear hooks quite tightly wrapped around the top of my ear fixes this problem completely, particularly when matched with using the clothing clip on the wire. Now, here is the most amazing thing about them: I could tell they were very well built, with steel casing and a protector for the cable at the jack end... but I managed to somehow put them through a clothes wash. Then through a tumble drier. I realised with horror what I had done, and feared for the worst - but no, they sound absolutely identical to before, and now smell fresh too. :)Would highly recommend these, particularly nice to support a smaller independent UK based company too! Keep it up RHA, I'll be back for more in the future, I'm sure.

Excellent IEM's / Unbeatable for the price
These are outstanding monitors. The filters do what they are supposed to do, although the neutral filters sound fantastic out of the box. Comes with loads of tips including Comply foam tips and a nice case. A well engineered and well presented product. I have been searching for a decent set of IEM's that faithfully reproduces the actual sound coming through my band's mixer, and these are what I ended up choosing. I have tried a number of IEM's including Shure, that were supposed to be designed for this purpose, but none of them came close. I am not willing to spend a fortune on equipment that just cannot justify a £400 - £1000 price tag.Relatively speaking, these are a great value at £150. I think this whole industry is having a laugh, charging outrageous amounts of money for products they can manufacture for less than a tenth of the price tag. I suppose as long as people are willing to pay the price, they'll be very happy to take their money. Regardless, these are great and I do hope they remain reasonable.

Built to last, but still breakable.
I've been using RHA products since the MA750 back in 2015, and after more than 3 years of daily use, the cable's exterior finally gave way right below the ear hook, exposing the interior of the cable underneath (do note that the design of the MA750 has since been updated and the flexible ear hooks on the current model seem more durable). Considering the quality of those earphones and how much use I got out of those, and the fact that the pair is still working despite the exposed cable, I decided to upgrade to the T20 back in 2018.These are a great pair of earphones, which are extremely comfortable even after long hours of daily use, and the stainless-steel in-ear monitors feel indestructible. However, after almost a year and a half of enjoying these earphones, I seem to have damaged them, and there is no longer any sound output from one side. Upon closer inspection of the cables, it seems like the cable on the damaged side seems to be stretched and a bit deformed. As can be seen in the image, when I lay out the cables, the right cable is visibly around an inch longer than the left. While I do not recall exactly how this happened, I do remember my earphones getting caught on my clothes as I stood up from my table that day, and that's the only possible explanation I can give for my misfortune. It's a shame that such a well-built pair of in-ear monitors is let down by its cable, that too, in such a trivial manner, and I can't help but feel a sense of déjà vu.I really hope RHA updates the design of the standard T20 to have detachable/replaceable cables like the new T20 Wireless does. While the T20 Wireless comes bundled with the wired option, I really have no need for a wireless pair of earphones. That being said, since I can't wait for an updated model to be released, my current choice for an upgrade is between the RHA T20 Wireless and the Shure SE425.EDIT: After mentioning to RHA (via their website) that my T20 was damaged, they were quick to provide me with a replacement at no additional cost once they had verified my purchase and determined the problem. My replacement pair arrived in the mail last week and I still can't get over the amazing level of customer service RHA has provided. I still leave my product rating at 4 stars since there's no guarantee this won't happen again unless they switch to a detachable cable like with the new T20 Wireless, but RHA has really won me over with their excellent service.

RHA T20 DualCoil Driver

Great value overall
Great build quality, great sound with slight emphasis on the bass (good for me). Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. Protective case that comes with it is great as well and the amount of earbud tips that come with it is great. Overall super happy with the purchase and I shouldn't need another pair of headphones for a few years at least considering the great warranty too.

WOW!...

Inmejorables.
