Delicious and beneficial
Top quality product, raw, organic and delicious. If you're trying this for the first time its taste can take a little adjusting to, especially if (like me) you are coming from only experiencing processed organic dark chocolate, however, once you adjust you'll find it is far better. Like all raw, minimally processed food items it can be extra work to incorporate in your diet, e.g. having to grind up for some uses, however, its worth the effort. I normally enjoy this product fresh out of the bag as is, or add a tablespoon to home made trail mix. I bought this product to incorporate more raw food in my diet and to gain the nutritional benefits of organic, raw cocoa and although I have only been using it a few weeks I genuinely feel an overall improvement to my well being. My energy levels ( which there was no problem with anyway) have improved and I find myself more and more realising just how good I'm feeling - a heaped tablespoon daily of this product has been the only dietary change during this period, so I'm convinced the raw cocoa is responsible for the improvements.

Nice as a snack, better in porridge, good price and organic.
These are great in my porridge! Let's face it porridge is very boring, but it is very good for me so I have it for breakfast 5 days a week - weekends are for decadent eggs on toast and sometimes sausages, life on the edge eh?I add a desert spoon of cooca nibs to the oats along with some dried fruit and my boring old porridge becomes.... less boring. These cocoa nibs are nice, don't expect the taste you get from a bar of chocolate, they are not sweet, they have a slightly bitter, proper chocolate taste which I like very much, the texture I suppose could be described as woody-chewy You can eat them on their own as nibbles, or add them to other dishes, did I mention porridge? I like the fact that they are organic, and I really like the price as it is less than half of what my local health food shop asks for cocoa nibs! I also add https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00GHM0KM8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 from the same company to my porridge, sorry to keep going on about my porridge but I am trying to find a way to make it seem interesting.

Great for keto... as long as you know what you're buying!
Reading through some of the other reviews, I have to wonder what some people assumed they were ordering when they bought raw cacao nibs!Folks, these are 100% pure cacao beans, dried and crushed into minute pieces. It's like snacking directly on the chocolate equivalent of coffee beans. If you're expecting smooth milk chocolate, you're several stages of processing (and a bunch more ingredients!) away from what you're imagining.Onto the nibs themselves: They're really good. Raw, organic, crushed small enough to be useful. They're also surprisingly 'sweet' (I say that in quotes; of course, there's no sugar, so this is sweet in the same way that wine can be 'smoky with hints of fruit!'.) They're also an excellent price and available in a range of quantities. These are perfect for keto recipes. Net carbs are less than 5% of weight. I sprinkle these on clotted cream and indulge several times a week (day?). Mmmm! Delicious!

Healthy, Crunchy, Tasty. Pricey.
I was a bit surprised to find that cacao "nibs" are actually very small flakes rather than what I had imagined would be large chunks of bean. Nevertheless, I found them to be highly enjoyable. I poured a handful into a small bowl along with a selection of organic dried fruit for sweetness and a good glug of double cream over the top. They tasted just as I expected: strong, dark chocolate, complimented perfectly by the fruit and cream. The only reason for the dropped star is the expensive price compared to other organic fruit and nuts. But due to the purported health benefits of this superfood I'll probably buy them again.

Good quality at good price
I love the crunch and bitterness of cocoa nibs. I add it to smoothies. This one is quite coarse, but not terribly so. A great deep but not bitter taste to it.

They're Good!
These nibs have excellent flavour and texture and given the overall quality the price is not unreasonable. They have a fair bit of crunch without ever threatening your teeth and add a hint of natural sweetness as well as that chocolatey deliciousness. Useful as a sprinkle on your morning cereal as well as being a welcome addition to cookies and cakes. Highly recommended.
