Impressive!
Very impressive knife for 80 bucks! Very sharp out of the box, the grind is completely even across the length of the blade on both sides. Perfectly centered blade. Lockup is super solid, not a bit of wiggle at all. The carbon fiber scales have no voids and have a slight contour that feels really comfortable in use. Plenty of room for multiple sharpenings, even if you choose to reprofile the edge before running up in to the plunge lines. Pocket clip slips in and out of the pocket easily but still stays secure. The blade closes super smooth with just a gentle shake or two. I don't have any way to validate the steel is M390, but I have no reason to think it wouldn't be. Corners may have been cut in the hardening process to keep the price so low, but again, I don't have a way to test this. Even if it's not hardened to an ideal level the value is still there. There are a few very minor and personal preference dislikes for me, but nothing that impacts the use and not even worthy of me taking a star off the rating especially factoring in the price. There is a very slight gap between the scales and bolster. Nothing obvious but upon a close inspection it can be seen. The detent is a bit weak for my preferences, but the flipper tab is very low profile and I think very much stronger would make flipping difficult. I can reverse flip off the little fuller but need some decent wrist action to avoid failure. While the blue accent rings around the pivot fit well with the overall aesthetics I do wish the color wasn't quite as bright, pulls a tad too much attention to me, but some will probably find that to be a good selling point. Access to the lock bar is pretty slim, no cut out area on the show side to allow easier access. It's not hard to hit at all, but even just grinding back the liner, which sits a bit proud of the scales, would make things much nicer. If you have very large thumbs or find it painful to jam the pad of your thumb in to a small space it might not be so good. Overall I'm very happy with this knife, even considering a couple more for gifts.

Premium Materials for Little Money!
I love this knife, however I do not carry it often, as the fuller is not quite dep enough for confident thumb or reverse flick deployement. However, the flipper deployment is fantastic. I just prefer a fuller or thumbhole. To have really well done titanium and shredded carbon fiber with an M390 blade for around $70 is pretty remarkable.

Outstanding for the price.
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely insane factory grind out of the box. Can push cut magazine paper with no problem. After a few weeks of use, it's still shaving sharp. The fit is perfect: no detent lash, no blade play, and perfect alignment. My only complaint is the fuller isn't very 'grabby', and it's recessed very close to the frame. So reverse flicks are a lil finicky. But there's still the flipper that works perfectly fine, and has jimping on it to help with grip.To sum it up, it's a very well priced knife that seems to have a fairly decent heat treated "M390" (still skeptical because the price alone) but it's retained an edge just fine. I don't plan to use it as a hammer or a throwing knife, so it should continue just fine cutting boxes open and bands at work. 9/10, would recommend.

5 stars with some hesitation
***update***As I suspected when I posted my original review just yesterday, I pretty much surmise that the blade steel is either not M390 or it has an extremely poor heat treatment and not hardened to typical m390 standards. After flipping the knife open about 3 dozen times or so, I felt the detent getting weaker and weaker. Then poking out from under the bolster I saw a hint of the detent ring (the ring of wear caused by the detent ball dragging on the blade) and it was very pronounced. I disassembled the knife and saw that the ring was gauged into the blade (see photo). This knife uses a steel liner lock with a detent ball and the steel in that ball liner should should not be as hard as properly hardened m390 steel. So for that ball to put that much wear on the blade so easily after just 30 or so flips tells me this is a really poor quality blade steel. When I saw this knife and read the description I was shocked by the low price. M390, carbon fiber, titanium... For under$100?I did some research and found most reviews online were very positive and any complaints are fit and finish related, so maybe they are using premium materials, but cutting corners on quality control. So I planned on taking advantage of this low price and if I received a knife with problems I'll send it back for a refund.Well, my knife arrived today I was impressed. The fit and finish were perfect. I saw complaints about the carbon fiber inlays not fitting flush with the titanium bolsters or the knife having a weak detent or lock stick. I had zero of these problems and I have received a perfect specimen. If I had to mention any issues I would say that the srews sit proud of the scales and pocket clip. But that is not a problem with manufacturing, it's that way by design and I would just prefer them to be more flush or even recessed. So why am I concerned if everything seems right? The box it came in is a generic box with nothing inside. No booklet, no branding no box liner... Nothing at all. I have seen reviews and the Sitivien box usually has an embossed gold ST Logo on it. If this is counterfeit then it is really nice. Maybe I have an older stock before they used the logo? Also, it's a gentleman's style knife and not really made for hard work. So for a light-use knife, I'm not sure I can ever verify if this is real m390 steel or if it's heat treated to a reasonable HRC for boehler m390. I'm hoping it is what it says it is, but for this price, I know its real titanium and carbon fiber so if the steel is of lesser quality the knife is still worth what I paid, which was less than it retails everywhere else I saw it for sale(suspicious again). Maybe the knife is cheap because they aren't spending money on branding and packaging. If my opinion changes I'll update this review.
