Hi again I have a tassimo 3107 and I can not close the lid for the milk as they seem to big any ideas please!!

I own the tassimo joy, and have never had any problems.the Pods are meant to fit all tassimo machines.so not sure why yours isn't.maybe its a faulty disc.sorry can't be more helpful.
