Love this spice, and add it to veggies, meat and soups! Not too hot for my children, so they love it, too!

No more soggy, limp wings. I toss the wings in this, then a small amount of the liquid, and bake. Huge flavor!

Could no longer find this is my local supermarket. Great product.

Great flavor, dispenses like shaking flour be careful. May require a moderate to high amount for better flavor.

This is good on freshly cooked meat and seafood. I also use it on popcorn.

I just don't like the flavor. It is very flavorful but I don't like that flavor. I'm a big fan of standard, original, traditional buffalo flavor- Frank's and margarine. I was hoping for that traditional buffalo flavor in a powder to cook into a sort of crust to give the sauce something to cling to. It does do that. I just don't like the way it tastes. It's got some heat to it and tastes vaguely of Frank's but there's other stuff in there. My son thinks it's really good so obviously my review is an opinion. You may love it too.

If you like the Franks Buffalo Sauce liquid, you'll like the powder.I enjoy the sauce, so when I saw this powder seasoning, I thought I;d give it a try. It adds the same great taste. It is useful in places where the liquid sauce would run off and not stay where you want it. This powder stays where you put it and tastes great.
