Poor quality.
The threaded underside is short by any standards!!! The traditional taps I removed were at least 15mm longer than these apparently 'CHEAP ' replacements. Also the hot tap did not stay on for even a moment once the push was released! The cold appeared to work fine on the other hand.And another thing, the plastic tap body nuts for tightening the taps to the basin chipped on tightening!!!Don't buy!!!!

Terrible customer service. Purchased these under a year ago. Cartridge already gone and now been waiting 2 weeks for them to tell me what size replacement we need.

Got my taps fitted today and I'm so happy. Not hard to fit and no more running taps. My water bill will go down
