A 'must have' for cyclists
Being an offroad (and onroad - when i need to commute into work or town) cyclist means that I often pick up small scrapes and scratches while on the trail. This little kit has enough to cover all that up to a really nasty gash or any small to medium sized scrapes/cuts usually Incurred when one comes off his bike going down a really steep hill.Last year I came off my bike quite badly when trail biking and neither me or anyone in my group had a first aid kit so I had to tough it out and make my way back home which was at least an hour or more away and the wound never stopped bleeding till I got home and patched myself up.So its definitely worth carrying a small first aid kit with you. It weighs nothing at all and is small enough not to take up any serious space in your backpack.everything inside looks to be of good quality, but i wont really know how good it really is until I need to patch myself or someone else up.Given the fact that this kit is mainly made up of plasters and enough resources to treat one big nasty cut. I will most likely purchase a bigger first aid kit when im done with this one.=========Summary=========Cheap & cheerful,A must have for every on/off-road cyclistGet a bigger kit if you know you are goiung to be treating or looking after a lot of people instead of this one trick pony.

Just what I needed
I like to be prepared and you never know when you need something. I took this on holiday and it saved my partner and I. Both of us suffered blisters and so used the plasters well. This also included bandages too, which thankfully we didn’t need! This is good value for money, small and easy to store or carry, and good to have if need be. Recommend this.

Neat little first aid kit fits into the palm of a hand.
This is a really compact and neat little first aid kit, ideal for hiking or handbags. It’s been bought for my son’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Award hike and camping, so space is a premium and every bit of weight counts. There’s space to add a packet of paracetamol and some antiseptic cream to the pack, however the existing contents are useful and appropriate for emergencies. It was priced really well, too. Recommended.

Expected a tad better.
As someone else said: cheap and cheerful. Certainly is compact. Expected a tad more, tbh. Another reviewer said they saw this being sold at £5.. that would be plain robbery. The gauze dressing is very small and the thinnest ever and if a cut doesn't stop right away you'd have to use the bandage roll on top of the gauze dressing, but because that too is very small (1.8m) its probably not going to be enough. Also the bandage would most likely not be enough to stabilize an ankle either.. Plasters are ok, pouch itself is small (as expected) and ok.As is, I'd say this is a single use item, if you're lucky this being enough. Not enough to rely on during an outing: a cyclist, a rambler.Ok if you are willing to pack it up a bit before you go. Would make a great kit to teach basic first aid to a child! Better than nothing certainly.

Great compact kit
I took this whilst away on a weekend trip. I knew there would be a lot of walking involved and I'm glad I took it as my friends heel was a right mess so the gauze dressing was a blessing! I also managed to fit in tablets medication too to keep everything together.
