does it come already filled?

Unfortunately not, due to post restrictions of flammable liquids, but as everyone else has said flint and wick included and the lighter fluid is pretty easy to come by and not too expensive either, would recommend ordering some on here aswell, as when you buy the lighter the fluid should have already arrived/arrive with it/soon after etc

Does it inlcude the Zippo Lifetime Warranty ?

All Zippo lighters come with a lifetime warranty. However there are certain things that are not covered by the warranty such as the finish. Purchasing from 'ECOTRONICS', who have a dedicated Zippo support will replace the actual lighter within 6 months via post if there is a fault. After that customer will be provided information how to have the lighter fixed by a Zippo repair centre.

Can you buy soft protective Case so it won’t get scratched

Nice leather cases are available.. but the of scratch and wear show a lived in character
