This double point hairpin has a U-shaped cylinder that is bent at the head so that the two cylinders or pin pieces extend in a parallel and equal length.6.5cm is a good length for the 'doughnut' hairpiece, which I tend to have as my up-do at work. Fastens hair easily, will be thinking of more classic hairstyles to use these in. Paid £1.69 for these - September 13th 2014 (free delivery), which was excellent. Will upload a picture of this order soon and look into other affordable products Glitz4Girls do. After repeated use with these clips, the end tips came off leaving the ends quite sharp.

Initially received a different item to that ordered, but the seller was great, sent out a replacement immediately. Was really pleased when the correct one arrived, the grips are really sturdy and the perfect size and colour. My old set (bought from Boots) were a bit flimsy, but these are much better and won't bend out of shape.All in all, I'd easily give 5 stars, despite the mix up at the start. The seller was great and this was obviously a one time mistake. I'll definitely order these again when I need to restock.

These pins are rubbish they are thin and do not hold hair in place, waste of money.

These are really difficult to buy in UK shops. These arrived in good time and have not rusted and the tips have not come off. They are a bit stiffed than the ones I used to buy so occasionally wiggle loose from my fine hair. However, good value for a resiliant product.
