I have been using this for years, the colour of a navy blue-ish is very flattering and not as harsh looking as black. The pencil is easy to use, the colour goes on without much effort and the pencil is soft enough to gently apply the colour accurately - and not too hard to keep breaking the nib or scratch your eyelids.

This is a long lasting eye pencil in a dark blue colour, delivered on time, item well wrapped to avoid damage, satisfied with purchase
