I LOVE this stuff!! It absorbs completely and doesn't leave oily residue behind. This makes it a bit harder to use as a muscle rub tho. It really helps with itchy skin, but as I don't have eczema, I can't answer yes or no to that.

Europeans farmed them for meat and used the oil for lamps. The oil comes from the rendered fat. It has many uses. It works amazingly well on eczema!! I love this cream and use it daily as my face cream, & use it on my children as well.
