Beautifully Effective
Perfect for decorative slim writing. I had originally bought a thicker one but found I needed a thinner nib, so purchased this and the 2.4mm. Great pens and very easy to use.

Oh wow! Why did I not know about these before.
I have a pen obsession and have been resisting buying a parallel pen for quite a while because... too many and really but I bought one. This is the smallest nib I can find on Amazon. It came with a red ink cartridge and a black cartridge. My handwriting suits italic pens and this is just fantastic. It will be my go to pen for present labels and headings. It comes with advice on how to use it, a scrap of smart paper to help clean the nib and a rinsing aid, so you can change colours. I have since bought a pack of mixed cartridges and you can have all sorts of colours. I may have to buy a second (third really) one so I can have two colours available all the time.

Great for beginners
I'm a complete beginner and this was a great starting pen for me. The pack included a sheet with some different 'fonts' and easy to follow stroke patterns, which was handy. Pen is easy to assemble and writes beautifully.

Wish I'd bought one years ago.
Love these pens. Very good calligraphy pen, a little heavy on ink, I believe people in the know call it a wet pen, so avoid cheap paper. I own 3 different sizes and really do recommend them.

I like this
I spent a while looking around for a relatively cheap calligraphy pen for writing Urdu. I have used this for a few days now and am quite happy with the results. I needed a fairly thin nib so I could write the script at a reasonable size (anything above 2mm and you need a ton of paper and the letter sizes make you feel like a 5 y/o). I have used this on 120 msg paper and there is some bleed through which I expected. Anything below 120 msg and there's too much bleed through such that you can only write on one side. I was sceptical about being able to use the pen at different angles (e.g. on it's side as per the instructions), but have had very good results so far. This was particularly important to me to ensure the accents, small markings etc looked right.I have marked it down slightly because the ink runs down very quickly. I have also bought some pilot converters and bottled ink to use with this as I don't want to buy plastic cartridges which are really not environmentally friendly. Hopefully it'll stand the test of time!

Really great piece of drawing kit.
Very easy to use, great flow once the cartridge has had a squeeze as advised in instructions. Really enjoying drawing and making marks with this. Can be turned on its side for a finer line.

Excellent for music lessons week in and week out.
I use this pen for day to day drum lesson music notation and writing. I've bought a few of them for different locations/due to loss and would buy again many more times. I've never had one die on me after hundreds of hours of use, get zero paper clogs and the pilot ink is easy to use - although it doesn't last a super long time, it's quite acceptable. You can write small using the corner of the nib easily enough. Highly recommended.

Good quality pilot pen
This is a great pen. I'm not the neatest writer but this makes my writing look so much better. Trying hard to teach myself calligraphy, this is one of the best pens I've tried.
