Absolutely fantastic!!!! Originally we were going to buy a permanent hot tub. But I always like to jet wash my patio during winter, so it couldn't go on there. Looking at prices and adding in the cost of creating a new area for it to sit, it got a little expensive. We weren't quite sure if we would get the use out of it or if it would be a 'one summer wonder'. I found this inflatable hot tub, and thought it would be great during the summer (on current patio), then take down during winter so I could wash the patio. Our original thoughts were that if we used it regularly then we would in a few years invest in a permanent hot tub. Well, how things change!!!! We love it so much that we would not buy a permanent hot tub. This one enables the children to move about, float on their backs and generally have a great time. It is fantastic. I am so pleased with my purchase, even my sceptical husband loves it. It was easy to assemble and inflate. The highest temperature is definitely hot enough. The bubbles are great. Definitely our best buy!!

Incredibly easy to assemble. Pump is quiet but powerful. Water temperature increases by approximately 1 degree per hour. We filled the pool from the hot tap to begin which helped jump start the heating process. Can't comment on running costs as I haven't looked!Maintenance is pretty simple. Filters are easy to change from the point of view of positioning - filter unit is located in the pool rather than in the pump - however I have found it difficult to unscrew the two halves of the unit to change the filter. I bought an aquarium net for just a few pounds to skim out any insects, etc.The base of the pool is not inflatable so it is less comfortable than our previous model (we have placed it on rubber mats which helps some) but this base is probably more durable than the inflatable version. We love this pool and intend to run it as long as we can into the autumn - outdoor temperatures will determine this.The cover fits well but the design of the inflatable section fitting into the cover has a tendency to drag a lot of water out of the pool with it making it difficult to remove single-handed. We now put the two parts in separately which means a lot less water being spilled and easier single-handed removal and replacement.We love it!

Item faulty and does not work correctly and now unable to contact seller as option removed from order. 2nd faulty item purchased through Amazon in 3 months and customer services unhelpful.I received the item promptly but when I went to installed it I noticed that the base of the spa, which is segmented, had a hole in one of the segments. Basically this allowed the segment to fill with water and caused a constant flow of bubbles to the surface of the water. Now my options at this stage were to either empty close to 2000 litres of water, dry and box back up for return or live with it.... We decided the issue was not that detriment to its operation so lived with it.... Well within a few weeks the first of the pump error codes started, these ranged from E02, E04 and E08 and this became so bad that it was like having a small child that you had to check up on every hour to make sure something hadn't gone tits up.To summarise, problematic pump and filtration system. The filters realistically need changing twice a week and the running costs of running continuously is approx £80 per month depending on supplier.I have now had to give up on the tub, take a day off work to dismantle, dry and box up to return for refund and then I will have to take another day off work when they say they are collecting... Furthermore I them have to wait until they receive it back before I acquire a refund so I can buy a different model to replace it.... Unless I want to be further out of pocket and buy one before the refund comes through.All in all a disappointing experience. When it works it does work well, although not as well as the smaller tubs such as the Vegas as the volume of water and size of the tub effects the strength of the bubbles. As a bit of advice... Save your money and buy a Vegas as its a better experience for less money OR buy a rigid tub and accept the expense of running it, the Monaco is NOT a good alternative! It's uncomfortable, not powerful enough and costly to maintain and then it will go wrong....

Quality purchase at an excellent price. The spa is a good size and comfortably seats between 4-6 adults. Anymore than that and I think it would be quite a squash! Our 6yo loves splashing in it without the jets on with friends. Set up is simple (follow the YouTube tutorials) and as with most spas upkeep is costly and can be time consuming but well worth the effort. Get to know what the error codes are on the display quickly as it does beep a lot! The jets are excellent and the temperature is perfect between 35-38° however it does take a while to reach optimum temperature (1-3 days) and it is worth keeping it at a decent ambient temperature for this reason. All in all an excellent purchase. Value for money.

Hot tub is lovely just without any instructions difficult to know how to set up!Should there have been instructions with it??

I was amazed by the quality of this tub. If I did not know it was an inflatable tub, from a distance I could swear it had hard walls! It's sturdy and really quick to inflate and the lid is the best I have seen on any tub. The box when delivered even fit into the back of our KIA Rio hatch back with back seats down, but box is really heavy.It took about 2 hrs to fill up with water, and he heater heated the water at about a degree an hour roughly.I brought the ground mat and chemicals at the same time, and it was a idea, so recommend this to others too.Really really pleased with the overall professional and classy look of he Monaco tub, if you undecided on wether th upgrade to this tub, don't wonder anymore, it's 100% worth it!

Bought last year diligently put away this year , well cant keep the thing up . Looked for the company and hey ho they don't want to know . Promised faithfully to get back to me but that was over two months ago. Nice pool no back up or complaint service
