VOSS.PET Animal Chip and RFID Mini Reader RT10 | Chip Scanner | Animal Id Reader

This is a good little scanner. My Wife and her friend run a cat charity and it has already proved very handy. It is compact and easy to carry about. I find it does need regular charging, but if it is kept topped up, no problem.

Works as promised. You have to go slowly and pass exactly over the microchip. Too fast or a bit of will not give a reading.

It works very well and does the job. I did find that very quickly when in use it has to be returned to the computer to be re-charged. Nevertheless it does what it says and at the price is quite good value for money.

I got this item very quickly and scanned my dog a good dozen times but it never came up. It worked ok on the test chip which is in the keyring so don't confuse that number with your own dogs chips.I then had to pay for a taxi, to get to the vets and his chip was found very easily within seconds. Thus all I can say is this scanner obviously doesn't work with some UK chips.It wasn't a lost trip as I picked up some other bits while I was at the vets, but with the shocking price of this scanner plus postage this can be an expensive waste of money, time and extreme worry.The one star is for quick delivery, and a good looking product but sadly doesn't work for me so I cant recommend it to others.

This little gadget is brilliant. It replaces my big scanner bug also it means I can keep it in my bag and have it wirh me at all times - just in case.

Small and compact. Does the job perfectly and accurately. Battery life is not fantastic but good enough I guess. Display a bit small but clear enough for use in the field. A good, innovative product that should be at home in any stockman's or vet's pocket.

Works very well, and easily. My only complaint is that the battery discharges after only about 10 minutes of use.
