This is such a wonderful bee supplement everybody that needs to take a vitamin b supplement should be considering this one due to its rapidly and readily available ingredients I feel such an improvement in my health ever since I started taking them. They are super easy to swallow and are such a great value for the price and the amount of pills you get!

I can’t say enough good things about Franguly Active B Complex Liposomal B Vitamins! Since my gastric bypass surgery, these softgels have been my lifesaver. Seriously, I don’t know how I would manage without them.My energy levels have soared since I started taking these. I feel like I can take on anything—from tackling laundry mountain to having spontaneous dance parties in my kitchen (complete with questionable dance moves). And the best part? My hair is staying put! No more mini heart attacks every time I brush my hair—thank you, B vitamins!Each softgel feels like a personal cheerleader, whispering, “You got this!” as I power through my day. These appeared to be good quality but I find they don't boost my energy. Being liposomal they should be easy to absorb but I find they turn my urine bright yellow as if I'm peeing the vitamin out.

Solid results for this B complex. My back ache finally went away, but I did add glutathione. Seems legit after a couple weeks. Top marks for this b complex; I have tried many others. So far, this is the best one for the price by far. You'll have to pay double or more to get something better, IMHO.

Liposomal B vitamins' are great! they get into your system, you don't simply urinate what you don't use, because your body is able to absorb and use the nutrients. This is the best brand I have used, I highly recommend them, especially if you have a hard time absorbing B vitamins.

I'm usually very good about spotting suspect supplements, but somehow I let some obvious issues with this one and with a liposomal magnesium supplement get through, and I unfortunately purchased both.Once I received them, I immediately noticed the red flags on both the internal and external packaging: no information on manufacturer or manufacturer location, no third party certifications, and no website or contact info, etc, etc. In fact, my dishwasher liquid label contains a lot more information than the labels on either supplement. Information online is noticeably sparse and the addresses on both products do not appear to be business locations at all. What little I found in the form of trademark applications raises more questions about these supplement "companies": Franguly and Juvetirpo.I regret purchasing these supplement and I will not be using either of them and I would advise all buyers to be cautious and / or avoid them as well.

Of course I like it because it is liposomal. I have studied vitamins and have taken them all of my life and, of course a staple is vitamin B complex. No need to go over the importance of the B vitamins. The reason I am on my 5th bottle of Franguly Liposomal Vitamin B Complex is that I know it works. Not only because of my better health but for another reason...With the other vitamin B complex supplements my urine would be a golden orange. This is because I was pissing most of the B vitamins down the toilet. That does not happen with this supplement therefore I know my body is absorbing almost 100% of these important B vitamins. Will buy again and again.

I didn't notice much effect from these one way or another. No ill side effects but no improvement in energy either. Wouldn't reorder.
