Mixed review. These sandals are very soft & squishy, which is nice for a while around the house. Can't wear them for very long. Too soft to give any support for the foot, no arch support. Unisex sizing means they run wide for a woman's foot & there's no way to adjust them. I'm keeping them, because they're ok for the price & something nice to change into when I come home. I'm usually 8.5 or 9 in women's shoes. I ordered the 8-8.5 women/7-7.5 men & they fit.

Ok so when I first got these, I immediately put them on and I was instantly disappointed. They were uncomfortable and the little bumps were hurting my feet. For a moment, I thought they would make my plantar fasciitis issue worse, but I gave it a second chance and wore them the next day and noticed that they had softened up just a bit and felt a little better than the day before, and then the third day is when I started to notice they actually do work! I keep these by my bedside so that I’m wearing them if I have to get up in the middle of the night, so I wear them around the house but they are also waterproof and durable enough to wear outside. I wasn’t happy that they only had pink available as an option, but they definitely help to relieve my foot pain which I have mostly in my heel. I’m giving four stars only because you do have to break them in for a few days, and because I wasn’t happy with the color option, but other than that, it’s worth giving them a shot.

It gives good enough of stimulation to your feet. Not too hard, not too soft!

I was expecting the shoe to work on the feet for reflexology as stated.But I couldn’t even feel the points on my feet at all.These do not work for reflexology.

If you're desperate, these do the trick with the massage portion underneath the feet feeling decent but not as good as other massage slippers I've had in the past.The real disappointment is the Hard Plastic that goes over the top of each foot. The plastic doesn't bend easily and ends up cutting into the top of the foot making it difficult to walk in them more than a couple minutes.Spend a couple extra dollars and get a higher quality pair

These are very comfortable. I wear them as spa shoes and they get used daily. My first pair were a gift, and when they broke after two years, I liked them so much I bought a new pair for myself!
