Simple and fits perfectly. I have small hands so I'm not sure how it would work for others. I've purchased more expensive versions of these paddles but these are my go-to. Less is more!

I’ve started wearing ankle and wrist weights while swimming for extra resistance, and decided to add these paddles for even more resistance. Though I looked at webbed gloves, opted for the paddles for the quick dry function over the neoprene. Paddles fit well and stay on my hands. Pleasantly surprised to find that they have helped precision in form of front crawl strokes. Also, feel a difference in stretch of side muscles (obliques, maybe?). Happy with this purchase and would recommend!

I like the price point - very affordable. I like the concave design. However, they are too small especially around the thumb side of hand - which makes it a little awkward stroke wise. I’d give 5 stars if larger and fit entire outline of hand. Band is comfortable.

I have just started using swim paddles during some of my laps. They are certainly a workout! Great fit and easy to put on and take off .

I use these in water aerobics and they work so will that I showed them to several girls in the class and they have all ordered them. Light weight and comfortable and they provide just the right amount of resistance without hurting my shoulder.

I now like swimming with these better than without.They fit great. Generally stay on.The only partial draw-back; (and this may be 'user error') is if my stroke is not correct, the swim-paddle shifts and I need to re-adjust.Otherwise, I am totally thrilled with the quality.Really makes swimming a lot of fun and allows me to get more cardio per unit time.

I returned the first pair I had as they really didn't help much more than my hands. I got a larger type and they work great; however, when my shoulders hurt (rotator cuff injury) I decided I need lighter duty paddles and reordered these. I haven't had to resort to using these but they are just my backups. If you are male and don't have issues with your shoulders I would get the larger type. Easier on the arms but, don't expect to turbo train.
