First of all, I have had many facial steamers but this is the best one by a long shot!Super affordable and an all round great product.This facial steamer is super quick in heating & steaming up the water - the steam starts coming out in less than 10 seconds.Unlike the other facial steamers I’ve had, this one directs the steam straight at your face. To get this with other steamers, you had to add on different bits and bobs which is just a fuss.Because the steam is so direct and the steam is super consistent, you don’t have to put a towel around your head to keep the steam going to your face.I would honestly recommend this product to anyone.

Well its a great product haven't had any incident yet and do what it does well just only problem it will be nice if you can put a bit more water to it as the stim take a lot of the water

Very easy to use with a clear guide! Came in a neat packaging without any damages. Used it for 2 months now it gets really hot but so refreshing.

Had to return it as the steam came out at a wonky angle and missed your face. All very easy to return and will be ordering a replacement.

I use this steamer once a week to steam my face. Its brilliant, I've had it a while and gave no issues. It distributes the steam evenly.

This facial steamer is amazing. I was looking for one after watching a lot of my favorite beauty gurus on YouTube use one in their skincare routine; however, I did not want to spend $150+ on one from Sephora. I found this one and it works great!! Super easy to use an the steam comes out hot and very strong. I've only used it twice but I already notice a difference in my skin's radiance. I don't have problematic skin...but it is super dry. This helped open up my pores before I applied my usual face mask and I felt like it penetrated my skin a little better. I also used this before using one of those nose pore strips and MAN.....it really pulled out some gunk. Definitely recommend!

Loved it until it stopped working after 2nd use. I had no idea so many people had the same issue I kept seeing all the nice reviews a friend suggested I ‘filter’ the reviews to see if others had same issue and tadaaaaa same issue. So disappointed I really liked this steamer. Major design flaw the company should be verifying what is causing this and fixing it

I wanted to replace an old facial steamer that I "borrowed" from my mom. Whenever I went to a skincare salon, I've always wanted the professional steamers that they use. I went with the okachi portable facial steamer, hoping that it was actual steam, not just mist. I use it to open my pores before white head and other acne extractions. I'm very pleased with the power of the steam and design of the unit. I just wish that it had an option to raise the height because I'm always having to crouch my back to use this. Also, the steam runs for about 10 minutes before you have to refill the tank.
