More like a 4.5 because of being kind of hard to squeeze out.The product overall is great. I use this after the shampoo, and it always leaves my hair soft and easy to comb after showering. I also love the scent! Not too strong or overpowering.However, do note that since the treatment is thick, it can be challenging to squeeze out of the bottle, especially once you're near the end. Despite that, it's a nice, but slightly pricey product.

I've changed my diet, my cosmetics and facial products, laundry detergent, deodorants, etc.I bought this and Biosilk shampoo and conditioner. I'm aware there's ingredients that aren't great in Biosilk, but desperate to get these split ends under control.My hair looked so much healthier after just one wash. Feels soft and sleek again, when my end were feeling like dry straw/hay. I'm really happy with the results. I shampoo, condition, and let this sit in my hair while I shave.FYI: All print on the back of the bottle is Korean.

It seems to reduce damage as well; every time I go to the salon, my stylist comments on how strong and healthy my hair looks. The scent is just right—not too strong, which I appreciate.I would love to continue using it, but the shipping is always slow, which is concerning. Recently, my orders have been delayed multiple times, and I ended up canceling one. I hope this issue gets resolved!

I bought this with shampoo and the combo made a big difference. Since about a year ago, my hair had been really dry and lifeless, so I tried many products, including $60 hair mask from an internationally known brand or a supposedly well received products from a celebrity. They did nothing. Then, a friend of a friend who is a hair stylist in Tokyo recommended this brand. From the first time I used, I saw they work, and the more I use, the better my hair has become. I would like to try other products from this brand as well. I am Asian and this brand is from South Korea, which may be one of the reasons they work so well for my hair.

This is an amazing mask and it smells nice (not like chemicals). Initially, I was worried because people said it smelled awful, so I was expecting it to smell like that heinous pink hand soap from a public bathroom. Well, I was surprised - it's a pleasant, not overpowering floral musk. The scent is very faint once rinsed out, anyway. It does not weigh down my fine, low porosity hair. It makes it exceptionally shiny and more manageable. I use this mask in lieu of conditioner. Some masks can make my hair stringy and greasy as if I never washed my hair, but this one gives salon results.
