Hi, I have now used this up but, I have switched to an alternate brand (available via Amazon). Mo.Upin 250g. Not sure if you can read the Nutrition Facts above but basically Total Sugars 15g. Total Fat 0%. It tastes teally good. Hope this helps. J.

roughly how many cloves of black garlic amounts to 50g?

Difficult to say exactly because sometimes the cloves are large and at other times they are smaller so you get a few more. However I eat about 5 or 6 a day and a pot lasts about 4 -5 days, so that makes it approximately 20. Thought I'd better check, so I've just opened a new pot and counted 25 of varying sizes. Hope this helps. I really like them and would like to eat more each day but you have to watch the pennies!

How long can this item stay on the shelf? What's the date of expiry?

Hi. I keep the garlic in the origional container in a cool dry place last order still ok 3 months later, great taste no problems.
