For years I have struggled with the answer to additional light in my great room and while this is nothing new in design, it is clearly the answer. The box arrived last night. It is much heavier than I expected, mainly due to the base. It comes in pieces , but the instructions are clear and parts are few.I had it assembled in minutes. My biggest concern when I ordered was how well was the diffuser going to work since the light source would be right over our heads. The listing page didn't give enough detail. I was happy to find it is just a one piece ring of linen fabric requiring no hardware to attach to the bottom of the shade. No glare and no looking up into the center of the lamp. Included are two standard base A-19 9 watt LED bulbs that to me are just bright enough and I love the warm white of the 2700k color level. Finally , price. What a great value! For the size of this lamp and Prime delivery , you just can't go wrong. Very pleased.

We had low expectations for this based on the lower star reviews but bought it based on the higher star reviews. Turns out, this is a pretty awesome lamp. Looks great in our space. The base is solid and very heavy which is essential to keeping the lamp from falling over when you have the arm extended all the way. Be careful assembling the shaft to the base so you dont dent the edges of the base. Also as has been mentioned in other reviews, the diffuser for the lamp shade is packaged under the styrofoam, NOT inside it. Be careful not to through it out with the box! The shade was easy to assemble and looks nice. Overall we are liking this lamp....so far :)

Overall the product is decent. I was hoping for a more gold color. It is more of a light, brushed brown. Came scratched, but turned the scratch towards the wall.

This is a really sleek looking lamp. If you are going for a mid century modern or a modern look, this lamp is great. We put it on the end of our bar, but it could have gone anywhere like that - end table, desk, side table. Really lovely. The lamp shade does wobble a tiny bit when you turn on the lamp, but it is secure. I would definitely buy this again. We are really happy with it.

This lamp was perfect for my bedroom. It is a good size and the base has a good weight to it. I ordered 2 and both came with no damage and both included a warm color led light bulb. It was absolutely worth the price.

This isn’t a brushed metal lamp. It’s an ugly plastic lamp with a greenish striped finish to it. Needed a lamp urgently so I didn’t return it, but I hate the way it looks, and I can’t believe I paid $50 for this plastic piece of crap.

I was looking for something with a bit more heft to it and this lamp is fairly light. It comes with a lightbulb which was a nice surprise. The packaging needs a bit of work because the shade was dented in several places, and you can't really undo that. I ordered two lamps and only one of the shades was really banged up. The other one arrived with one small dent that I can hide in the back.

The lamp is pretty but it's not brass. It looks like it is painted. The shade hardware arrived broken so since I was really wanting a brass lamp and the hardware for the shade was broken, I returned it.
