This is a beautiful frame. Its extremely well made & excellent value for money. I brought an expensive oil painting & it looks gorgeous in the pink frame , I highly recommend this ...it was packed so securely for posting and arrived in perfect pristine condition, the wood is smooth with no rough edges, I will be purchasing more of these frames as I build up my little collection of paintings, the frame looks like a very expensive one. I really like the double mount supplied with this frame. I have completed a cross stitch picture for my Nephew who is getting married, hence why I wanted a white frame. To be honest, the frame was a little rough in parts and I had to apply some white paint to cover a small area where the wood showed through. Given the price (minus delivery costs), it's a nice frame. I dare say the recipients wouldn't have noticed the flaws, but I did, hence why I had to resort to getting the paint out. The final cross stitch picture looks really good. would I buy another frame ? yes, but I'd be prepared to tidy it up.

Frames arrived - great product but unfortunately two of the glass panes had broken in transit. These were replaced quickly, no issues. Great service.

Lovely box frame. Bought for an A4 sized relief map which it fits beautifully. An initial issue resulting from the handling by the courier was dealt with very promptly and professionally by the seller. Good item and good business to deal with

I can't review this item, as I am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite having paid for the invisible frame,i have yet to see it.I bought it,as I wanted to make a personal wedding gift for my Brother. The lack of response from the seller, has meant I have now run out of time to do what I intended and have had to go and buy another gift that is less personal and sentimental. I am really disappointed.I haven't seen any attempt to rectify this,I've been politely but ultimately fobbed off with non commital,unhelpful replies that are totally un-informative. Despite having received emails, I haven't actually been told what they intend on doing about it. Dreadful way to run a business and I am concerned I will not see the frame nor a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER! I wish I had taken more time to read the other poor reviews,.

Great frames and terrific service. I bought threee box frames which are well made and sturdy. One of the frames had slight damage but the company replaced without a quibble and even gave me a 20% off voucher . WillOrder again
