The small button on the handle bar must have the cover on it for the engine to start.
Can't get the engine to run with the choke fully open. Assembly was pretty easy. Decals were the hardest part. Will be great fun for great grandchildren.

There is no customer support.
There is no customer support. The phone number is disconnected and you can only leave a report on a website and never get a response. My daughter got her bike in November by December the tire had completely come apart.

Won't start anymore after 5 rides
My son rode this on grass the first 4 times to get used to it. Took it to the dirt track 1 time and it ran fine. 2 weeks later and it won't start. I have done all troubleshooting i can for a 50cc bike and nothing gets it running. Really disappointed because it will cost almost as much as the bike for a shop to take it apart and figure it out.
