How many amps/watts does the 45 and 55 draw when using daily with 12v?

It uses 4amps so 60 watts when it runs But that's not a constant draw it will turn on and off like your fridge at home.

What type of adapter does the solar port require?

There isn’t a solar adapter. The 12v car plug goes into your 12v system (whatever that is) which is powered by batteries that are charged by solar.
