The filter inside the unit was wrap with plastic, please remove it first before starting the unit. While purifier is best.I ordered it for my home,and found its best in controlling any bad odor from the house.I have two cats and this purifier controls odorIts also good in controlling the odor from fish smell.Presently doing its best and I hope it will keep giving same performance as it goes..I also feel along with odor control its also controlling and purifying the air circulating in the room.

I use to suffer from dry mouth and nose congestion and more often use to wake up in the middle of the night since we use Fresco Air Purifier problem related to dry and sore throat is gone and now I don’t wake up in the middle of the night and also my chronic nose congestion is almost gone. A very good and worthy product and will advice everyone to buy.
