Be ABSOLUTELY certain this is the product for you. Because you cannot return it.I have just tried to return it as it is unfit for the purpose I intended for it.Would have been nice to have this bit of information on display on the product page. If it's there, I can't see it.I'll be contacting Amazon to see if this is legit.

Plenty of space for everything... Would recommend deffo.

I have to keep Autologous drops below 4 degrees, the first time I used this bag (driving) it worked perfectly, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, the outside of the bag became wet, when I checked inside after a couple of hours the gel pack had defrosted, this was while flying. The Airline suggested to keep item on me as the temperature in the hold was too hot, which I did, still it thawed. Absolute waste of money, and very dangerous.

Arrived with several dents and loose threads. This is either a second from a failed batch or a second hand item.The original manufacturers tag had been cut off- you can draw your own conclusions.I wouldn't trust this product with the important job of keeping insulin cool for the reasons above so do not recommend it.

Put my humira pen inside and closed the zip for the zip to fly off and break. By that point it was too late as I had a flight to catch. Due to being abroad for 3 weeks, I'm now outside of the refund window...
