The Brinsea Maxi II Advance is a 14 egg , high quality egg incubator combining ease of use, performance and exceptional value which provides automatic egg turning with auto stop 2 days prior to hatching, countdown to date-of-hatch, periodic cooling, temperature alarms on its digital display so you always know the status of your hatch. The Maxi II Advance incorporates digital micro-control which allows the user to manage incubator functions via a simple menu on the digital display. In normal operation the display shows incubation temperature, days to hatch and turning status. Opening the menu allows the user to adjust incubation temperature, the unit (°C or °F), turning interval, turning angle, number of days your eggs take to hatch, cooling duration and high and low temperature alarm limits. Humidity is provided for with central water reservoirs with convenient external top-up and eggs are turned by rotating egg disks. Two disks are available, one for 14 eggs of all sizes up to duck (supplied as standard) and a second small egg disk holding 40 eggs up to the size of pheasant is available as an optional extra. The clear walls of the egg chamber mean fantastic visibility of the hatching eggs without lifting the lid and the fan-assisted design coupled with detailed airflow analysis results in exceptionally even heating of the eggs to ensure consistent and reliable hatches.Like all Brinsea products the Maxi II Advance egg incubator comes with a full 3 year warranty.

Really successful, most reliable brand available
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this September 2019 for £170 and used it 3 times this year, first twice for Miniature Silver Appleyard ducks and the third Barbu d’Uccle bantam eggs along with a few of others including Rhode Island Red (Large fowl) all 3 hatching’s were quite successful and I’m really happy with the results from this incubator. Previously I had used a cheaper incubator when ready to hatch they most often died in the shell although they were quite often Call ducks which are less likely to be as successful as others. If I ever have to buy again it will be Brinsea I’ll choose as I find it best to pay more for an incubator that works rather than buying a cheaper one then paying for eggs and electricity and nothing hatches. I also find this one to be much easier on electricity than the cheap one used before.
