what is the size of these, would they work with the toob animal sets?

they work with classic breyer horses that are about 6" tall and about 8" long. Never heard of toob animal sets, so couldnt answer that specifically.

Would this work with schleich?

I'm not familiar with the Schleich sizes, but I think they are comparable to the Breyer Traditional Size Models. This set is for the Breyer Classics designed in 1: 12 scale. BJL46
