It took me two years to find this and I am so relieved.Emperor size is so hard to find and the ones available in local market are have outrageous prices.Quality is amazing and fit is perfect.

Total disappointment was dirty grey not white.
Not a quality product. Colour was NOT white, was dirty grey with a tint of pink. Did not feel it had the stated high thread count. Will only use on guest bed not mine. Was an expensive con. Am very disappointed.
